Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the GrowthFlow website and form the general basis for our services. A client proposal, statement of work, or separate agreement may add or replace terms for a specific engagement.

2. Services

GrowthFlow may provide business discovery, contact research, personalized email and SMS outreach, landing pages, campaign optimization, and consulting. Exact scope, timing, channels, volume, and fees are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, access reasonably needed for delivery, and ensure their offers and instructions are lawful. Clients must not use our services for deceptive, unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful campaigns.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, payment dates, taxes, and any recurring term will be stated in the applicable proposal. Work outside the agreed scope requires approval and may incur additional fees.

5. Results and availability

We use reasonable care and professional judgment, but cannot guarantee a specific number of replies, leads, sales, or revenue. Results depend on factors including market conditions, offer strength, audience, and client follow-up.

6. Intellectual property

Each party keeps ownership of materials it brings to an engagement. Ownership and permitted use of campaign assets, landing pages, research, and deliverables will be defined in the applicable proposal. GrowthFlow retains its underlying methods, know-how, and reusable tools.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability related to a paid engagement will not exceed the fees paid for the affected services, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

8. Termination and law

Termination rights are set out in the applicable proposal. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
